At First Step Recovery, we provide a safe comfortable environment for people who suffer from the effects of substance abuse and addiction. Our residential treatment program is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood just at the edge the foothills in Ione, Amador County, California. We believe in a holistic approach. Working with the Mind, Body, and Spirit we help you learn how to live life again as a whole person, and face real world challenges with confidence. For those entering our Detox Program, we begin with a Screening and Medical evaluation by our physician. For those going through the detox process we help you with 24 hour support, addiction counseling, nutrition, and spiritual guidance. Our Residential 30 day Treatment Program gives you the opportunity to heal and learn a new and healthier way of living. Both our Programs use extensive assessment tools, individual and group counseling, education, nutritional meals, and a tailored treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Through this process we address the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual damage that is the result of substance abuse and addiction. We help you, or the person you love, start or return to a fulfilling, meaningful, and clean and sober lifestyle.
